Ammonia exhaust gas treatment system "NZR Series"
Completely treat ammonia gas and prevent air pollution.
Ammonia gas, which is emitted in large quantities from production equipment such as LEDs and semiconductors, is completely oxidized through direct combustion. The NOx (nitrogen oxides) generated during this process is also rendered harmless through reduction treatment, eliminating concerns about air pollution. Additionally, this method can be applied to organic nitrogen substances other than ammonia. For the NOx (nitrogen oxides) generated during ammonia combustion, ammonia is added as a reducing agent and is reduced to harmless nitrogen using a catalyst, preventing the generation of secondary pollutants during wastewater treatment. The concentration of NOx can be monitored with an analyzer and is controlled to remain below acceptable levels at all times. Hydrogen, organic substances, and organometallic substances other than ammonia can also be treated simultaneously without the need for pretreatment, and the system can accommodate a wide range of concentration levels.
